I'm Tom DeSane, appointed to the Sarasota County Charter Review Board by Governor Ron DeSantis. Seeking re-election for District 3, I've dedicated most of my life to public service. I served 31 years as a Police Officer in NY, including a 9/11/01 first responder. I'm now serving in Sarasota Government, I'm committed to community safety and its improvement. As President of the Blue Line Club, I've advocated for first responders' rights, even helping change state law. Since my 2023 appointment to the Charter Review Board, I've actively represented our residents, currently working on updating our bylaws. With nearly four decades of public service, I ask for your vote to continue serving our community.
